Salutations and welcome to my personal site!

I intend to blog about my ethical lifestyle progress in health, beauty and wellness, as well as navigating through life as a scientist, actor, humanist, and everything else in between. I hope to inspire somoene out there in the interwebz to aspire to be the best version of themselves in this short time we have on this planet we call home.
